Appointment Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Ari Aesthetics & Wellness, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your provider. Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to another client and directly impact our providers’ schedules.

We understand that plans can change and appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice

  • 48+ Hour Notice

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.

  • Within 48 Hours but More Than 24 Hours’ Notice:

A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

  • Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice, Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows:

A fee equal to 50% of the projected service total or $100, whichever is greater, will be charged to the card on file. Any deposit previously paid will be applied toward the applicable fee.

Card on File & Deposits

A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure your appointment.

  • All new clients are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking.
  • Evening and weekend appointments require a valid card on file and/or deposit at the time of booking.
  • For existing clients, a card on file, deposit, or both may be required depending on the service and appointment being scheduled.

By scheduling an appointment with Ari Aesthetics & Wellness, you authorize us to charge the applicable rescheduling, cancellation, or no-show fee to the card on file if the requirements of this policy are not met.

Repeated Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, or miss appointments with insufficient notice may be subject to additional scheduling restrictions. This may include:

  • Prepayment in full for future services
  • Restriction to regular business-hour appointments
  • Limited access to evening or weekend appointments
  • Additional deposits or booking requirements
  • Discharge from the practice, when appropriate

These measures help us maintain availability for clients who are committed to their scheduled appointments and ensure our providers’ time is respected.

Exceptions

We understand that unexpected emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. Exceptions to this policy may be considered at the sole discretion of Ari Aesthetics & Wellness on a case-by-case basis.

If an emergency or unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you.
